Footwear and accessories may be returned or exchanged, in original purchase condition and packaging, within 15 days of delivery with the exception of Last Chance items that are discounted 40% or more. Last chance styles that are discounted 40% off or more are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. All returns are subject to inspection. All packages, including original containers, must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner.

We offer the following shipping methods:

• UPS Ground Shipping on all orders in the U.S. Transit time will vary based on your location and takes between 2 and 5 business days.
• Your 2-day order must be placed by 12pm EST to ship same day.
• UPS SurePost will be utilized for continental U.S. deliveries to PO boxes.

We only ship to the continental U.S., Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship internationally. Please also note that we do not ship on public holidays.

Processing & delivery days for UPS shipments are Monday-Friday.
